The Ibiscus Corfu Hotel is situated by the sea in a beautiful area measuring 30000 square meters.m. Less than a mile away from the village of Roda in the Northern part of the island. The hotel is composed of the main building and six compartments, having a total of 100 rooms , all with a bath, telephone and a balcony or veranda. The main building includes a reception, a restaurant, a bar with veranda, a big lounge with a TV, a game room and a tourist shop. The hotel has it's own beach, and outdoor swimming pool, with a bar, a snack bar and children's playground. Everything, the food, the location and the pool and beach. The staff are very friendly and the service is very efficient

The mosquito bites , but not the hotels fault. There were a lot of wasps and flies on the food. Could have food covered better

Nice peaceful hotel away from busy streets. Pesronal friendly and helpfull. Clean. Nice pool. Kids enjoyed.

Simply Brilliant hotel!

Manager helped us to organise transport and it solved problem quickly. After all we experienced amazing service and food and had a good time here. Nothing compares with anything we have seen before. This is level which we want to enjoy every day. We felt deeply relaxed and enjoyed our stay very much. Additionally: Clean rooms Delicious food and drinks, strong coffee. Private beach Attentive and kind and responsive people Spa and Gym available

Great relaxing restort by the sea4

Location is amazing. Right by the sea with an incredible view of Albanian mountains. Good service and excelent variety of food. Drinks and cocktails are ok if you are not too demanding in terms of certain spirits. If so, there is extra charge for well known brands. The suite with private pool offers an amazing experience. Lets hope the humidity issue will be fixed so that we can return an experience the suite at full potential. The bar next to the pool and the private beach are certainly a plus. Also the view from restaurant is amazing. The shuttle from hotel to Roda is also a good bonus, having a v polite driver.

Some of the receptionists should try and learn more English so we can better communicate :)

Good

Location, view, hotel overall, pools, food, drinks, evenings, beach, everything was great, if you don't need anything from the hotel's staff and everything is clear you will have a good stay and have fun.

Traveling while working, cannot get the tax invoice for my stay after over a month. We had a pleasant stay overall, but the staff was very unhelpful sorting out booking issues before the stay and now after a month from checking out there still is no tax invoice. Obviously this has been checked at booking time and all details given, but still. Hotel staff saying they cannot emit an invoice at all because the payment was to booking. After chatting with booking and the hotel, they finally emitted an invoice, but not for my company. Again they keep on saying that they cannot emit invoices because the payment has been made to booking. Funny that the booking's customer relations is unhelpful too. They say they wrote to the hotel but the hotel is inaccessible, the phone does not seem correct and for sure hotel itself should provide the invoice. All this might seem funny, but traveling while working and having this issue is not funny. Avoid this hotel staff at all costs, they are able to create complicated issues and don't feel responsible for their clients.

A nice hotel with an untouched beach spot and staff is really nice. Menu should be improved

Private beach is really nice and the sea really beautiful Rooms were new Staff was very friendly, just one accident with the bartender at the pool, who said, in a rude tone, to wait for him to serve the 10 people on the line their drink before giving the towel.

Rooms were not clean (floors in the room often dirty, balcony was never cleaned, mirrors were dirty) WIFI in the room was not working, even after reporting it nothing has been fixed. Food: local food was very good but the rest was of poor quality. The recommendation is to decrease the number of choices and focus on fewer options while increasing quality Gym was very dirty and not well maintained

Very Good

The rooms were very comfortable, the view from our balcony was lovely. The pool area was very nice and they provided pool/beach towels. There was a wide selection of food and it was changed every night. Restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and attentive. The receptionists were helpful, and the shuttle driver was always chatty. We had a great stay! Thank you!

The room cleaning wasn't fantastic - we had to ask for a new shower wash as it wasn't being replaced, and the towels weren't changed regularly. The evening entertainment was a bit lacking but wasn't too problematic as it was peaceful and quiet. Information on getting to the hotel from Corfu wasn't great, maybe going forward some instructions would be good or perhaps an airport shuttle service?

The personals were good.

We were fascinated by the pool members outgoing and friendly vibe especially Magda who set the vibe for us and created great experiences.

The food options were not inclusive and it was standard food everyday including mainly pork options that didn’t please us. There can be more seafood options.

Very Good

Good sea view from our room and only 20 minute brisk walk to Roda. Shuttle bus a bonus. Staff were excellent overall. The restaurant staff were efficient, hard working and attentive - always with a smile. The hotel receptionists were very good, particularly Maria who was very helpful with a couple of matters.

Unable to escape from the tobacco fumes. Seating for smokers should not be allowed anywhere near the main building,

Staff were amazing! Super friendly, the hotel was very clean. The cocktails were quite nice as well. Food was average.

Wonderful

Thé smilles of thé staff,thé qualité and variation of thé restauration. Thé traditional Greek food was amazing,fresh and tasty.

Thé view is wonderful,sunset over Albania is a thing of beauty. I must also mention the fact that everybody spoke english and german.

Wonderful

Nice restaurant with diverse and good food and wonderful view, very nice and friendly stuff. The beach is quite small but nice, with fine sand and clear water.

The main pool is surrounded by some reed which doesn’t look so good; I believe it could get some improvements. Also the park in front of the hotel was a good idea but nobody was taking care if it anymore…
